The Association of Ghana industries in partnership with the Volta River Authority hosted a 3-day summit and exhibition (from 17th to 19th of August, 2021) at the Accra International Conference Center. Themed: “Repositioning Ghanaian Industries to Leverage the AfCFTA”

The speakers were H.E Wamkele Mene- Secretary- General of the AfCFTA Secretariat, Hon. Osaafo Maafo- Special Advisor to the President of Ghana, Hon. Alan Kyerematen- Minister of Trade & Industry, Hon. Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh- Minister of Energy, President of Association of Ghana Industries- Dr. Yaw Adu Gyamfi, Chief Executive (VRA) – Ing Emmanuel Antwi-Darkwa, Executive Director (NPG)- Dr. Stephen Yamoah, AB & David Africa- David Owusu Dortey, CEO Africa Brand Warrior/ Chair of AGI agri- business- Fatima Alimohammed and Investment Promotion Expert- Sean M. Duggan.

The event provided Thermenergy the opportunity to network and dialogue with existing and potential clients. Thermenergy also interacted with officials of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Energy and AfCFTA on how to expand our company’s coverage to support other clients in the West Africa sub-region.
